A.N. ANSAY & ASSOCIATES, INC. ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF MOSINEE INSURANCE AGENCY, INC.

Port Washington, WI and Mosinee, WI, Nov. 12, 2007: Michael G. Ansay, President of A. N. Ansay & Associates, Inc., and Thomas Helbach, President of Mosinee Insurance Agency, Inc., Mosinee, WI, today announced the asset acquisition of Mosinee Insurance Agency.

Mosinee Insurance is a family-owned business, founded in 1934, that serves the personal and business insurance needs of clients throughout central Wisconsin. Mosinee Insurance is the only Certified WorkComp Advisor agency in the state of Wisconsin.

Mr. Ansay noted, “We are very pleased that Tom and his talented team of insurance professionals complement our strengths and provide us with the expanded resources and staff to serve the central part of the state.”
